Our rabbits need a new patch, and this seems the best place.
Hopefully the old BHF crew will find their way here over the coming days and we'll have some chat about tonight's screening of The Strange Door and Blood From The Mummy's Tomb.
I don't think this year's is one of the better seasons overall. I've made a provisional list of my personal 'best to worst'. Once I've seen them all it will be interesting to see if I feel compelled to make any changes.
Night of the Demon
Dr. Terror's House of Horrors
The Beast with Five Fingers
The Ghoul
The Beast Must Die
Tower of London (1939)
From Beyond the Grave
Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter
Paranoiac
The Devil Doll (1936)
The Mad Ghoul
The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms
Curse of the Werewolf
Legend of the Werewolf
Chamber of Horrors
Night of the Lepus
Daughters of Satan
The Skull
The Bat
I haven't seen The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms for a long time, and I saw Night Of The Lepus once only at the school Film Club (around 1975/6). Never seen Daughters of Satan, but it doesn't bode well that it went out on a double bill with Superbeast. I remember The Bat as being stagey, talky and boring with too much of the irritating Agnes Moorehead and hardly any screentime for Vincent Price.
